The Georgia Teacher/Provider Retention Program is intended to provide training and support to Special Education Teachers in the Induction Phase of teaching. Participants will meet monthly via Zoom to learn about the different High Leverage Practices and how they apply when providing special education services. Participants will also have the opportunity to apply their new knowledge by interacting with a virtual classroom in an Avatar Lab.
